Your role:

Leading the transition of products from development to mass production by collaborating with vendors, enhancing manufacturing processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting new product and software releases.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.

Hands-on experience with process improvement and test development in a fast-paced environment, with potential for cross-functional growth.

Onsite role based in Reedsville, PA.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in product industrialization, manufacturing, or test engineering, with a focus on production line optimization and managing supplier relationships.

Your skills include familiarity with FDA or regulated environment documentation.

Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with a focus on process improvement.

Familiarity with coding language basics

You have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, computer science, or related field.

You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 4 weeks of travel per year may be required).
