Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to provide quality management and support for Corporate and Catering programs.
This role involves mastering internal tools, engaging with customers, merchants, and Dashers, and contributing to the success of Emerging Categories operations by addressing fulfillment challenges and supporting new pilot initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Provide hourly and daily quality management and support for Corporate and Catering programs.
- Execute standard operating procedures and offer feedback to improve processes.
- Utilize internal tools effectively to manage and resolve operational challenges.
- Interact regularly with customers, merchants, and Dashers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor for potential fulfillment issues and address them proactively to prevent escalation.
- Actively participate in the launch and testing of new pilot initiatives to expand business opportunities.
