Responsibilities As a Guest Services Team Member, it is your responsibility to provide exemplary customer service by greeting our guests and making them feel welcome. Our guest services employees are friendly and attentive to meet the needs of every service customer that walks into our dealership. You will assist with a variety of driving-related tasks in the Service Department including transporting vehicles to assigned technicians, moving them through the car wash, and positioning them for customer pick-up. You will also help prepare new vehicles for delivery, keep the lot organized, and work with the service team on other tasks and events as needed.
Qualifications - Valid Driver's License with clean motor vehicle record
- Team oriented mindset, positive attitude, and an energetic personality
- Excellent time management skills, communication, and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles preferred but not required

Schedule 7:15am - 5:30pm-ish (depending on how busy we are guest services may stay later than 5:30pm)
