About the Role:As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be a key role within their team. You will deliver a strong employee experience including onboarding team members and driving team activities. You will play an essential role in the smooth running of HR operations within the company by bringing your experience, strategy and expertise. If you are an organized, self-starter, with a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply!Key Responsibilities:Handle the administration of the full employee life cycle, including salary changes, resignation, promotions, transfers, onboarding and moreRespond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner Handle full-cycle recruitment services including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employment offersAssist in the day-to-day administration of programs and policiesAccurately maintain and update all employee data Support the new hire onboarding process which includes preparation of new hire packages, new hire setup, welcome communications, IT set up, collection of payroll documents and delivery of new hire orientationSupport the termination and off boarding processes Perform other related duties as required Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Business Administration with a speciality in Human Resources or related discipline 2+ years' experience in a human resources role or in a related fieldAdvanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitudeProven ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, including tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a sensitive nature Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Can Offer You:Salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 (flexible based on experience)Comprehensive benefits package 2-3 weeks vacationHow to Apply: Through this posting or email your resume to SiteTalent: We are a specialized growth and talent partner for the industrial sector.
