Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate at CertaPro Painters in Winnipeg, MB. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, providing estimates, and closing deals. Some remote work is acceptable in this role, giving flexibility to the Sales Associate.

Qualifications

• Sales, Customer Service, and Negotiation skills
• Experience in lead generation and sales pipeline management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Knowledge of the painting industry or home improvement sector is a plus
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is beneficial
