About Chef Elliot and Charlie’s:
Elliot Bell, a 10-year veteran of Thomas Keller’s world-renowned The French Laundry, opened a restaurant of his own named Charlie’s after his four-year old son. The menu at Charlie’s revolves around local purveyors and has seasonal offerings, featuring some of Chef’s favorite family recipes, and highlights the diversity and quality of locally-sourced ingredients.
The Role:
We are looking for a manager who is excited, ambitious, and loves hospitality and people deeply. The ideal candidate will be one who is equally passionate about building and supporting their team as they are about connecting with guests and continually striving to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity. We are looking for a strong leader who can run a great service, train and coach their staff, and work closely with kitchen leadership to create a cohesive restaurant culture and a strong restaurant team.
Managment will be responsible for creating and continually elevating our service standards, coaching and supporting the management team and dining room team, and working closely with the culinary and private events teams. The role will support daily service as well as lead manager meetings, P&L meetings, and work closely with the Chef/Owner to plan for future holidays, events, and additional revenue streams.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate and excited for this role and who is excited to grow with us as we evolve. As such, AGM or GM experience is a plus, however we will gladly accept applicants with a strong hospitality background.
