Description The Construction Project Manager in Stamford will plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of commercial interior construction projects, including scope, budget, and schedule management. Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Oversee on-site Building and Construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare, track, and manage project budgets, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each ranging in size and complexity. Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations. Profile The ideal Construction Project Manager has a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 5-7 years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects in New York City or similar urban environments. Strong knowledge of Building and Construction processes, materials, and best practices in commercial interiors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore or similar tools. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with NYC building codes and permitting processes.
