We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Marketing Cloud to enhance our marketing operations and customer engagement through Salesforce solutions.
Role Overview:
As a Salesforce Developer specializing in Marketing Cloud, you will design, develop, and optimize solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive impactful marketing campaigns and integrations across teams. You will work with marketers to automate journeys, manage data, and deliver dynamic customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio personalizations.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and third-party systems for seamless data flow.
- Write AMPscript and SQL for personalized content and dynamic campaigns.
- Manage and optimize automation workflows and customer journeys.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience : 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its components.
- Skills : Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Certifications : Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
