Service Desk Technician
Our client is seeking a Service Level 1 or 2 to work on of 5 people onsite 5/days week in Boston ! This team supports over 150 lawyers, and 300 employees in 7 cities. A customer first approach is critical in this position . 24x7 support (and after hours is a rotation with extra compensation). Please apply if you are interested!
Must haves:
- Very strong customer service-oriented skills, highly visible role and need that solid CS background
- Strong attention to delivery of excellence, and attention to detail
Tech Skills:
- Windows 10 / 11
- MS Office 2016 / O365
- Exchange Online
- AD (new hire provisioning, acct maintenance)
- Basic Networking (install switches, attach peripherals, imaging pcs)
- High school degree required. Some college preferred
Nice to have:
Experience in legal or professional services is a strong plus
Document Mgmt systems (IManage)
MDM (mobile device mgmt)
