Key Accountabilities:
Portfolio Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize portfolio data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports on portfolio status, performance metrics, and key indicators.
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting tools to provide timely insights to the PMO team.
- Identify trends and potential issues through data analysis and proactively communicate them to the PMO team.
- Contribute to the analysis of portfolio data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Assist teams in maintaining and updating their project data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on our IT Portfolio Dashboard.
- Assist in organizing portfolio review meetings and presentations, providing clear and concise updates on portfolio performance.
PMO Best Practices
- Work with all IT teams to ensure proper understanding of PMO methodologies, processes and available resources.
- Identify areas for improvement within the PMO processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain project management documentation and best practices.
- As a member of the Transformation Office, perform additional tasks as needed to advance our department goals and objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in varied project management methodologies, tools, and practices in a PMO environment, preferably in a senior analyst role
- Experience working with data and analytics projects and tools
- Experience working with Portfolio Financials
- Experience in process improvement and standardization within a project management context
- Strong Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management methodologies, tools, and practices.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from project data.
- Reporting and Visualization Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and presentations.
