One of our clients in Portland, Oregon is looking for a Data Product Owner with the following skills and experience:
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Data Management and Governance
- Expertise in data warehousing, data lakes, and pipelines.
- Proficiency with data quality tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica) and governance principles.
- Experience resolving data integrity issues and overseeing data cleansing processes.
- Agile Product Ownership and Backlog Management
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, including backlog prioritization.
- Skilled in translating business requirements into actionable product features.
- Proficient in defining and tracking KPIs for product success.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Strong ability to simplify complex data concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Adept at facilitating collaboration among data engineers, analysts, and business users.
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack).
