Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop software programs and interfaces to integrate advanced automation systems with client software ecosystems.
  • Analyze client needs and system architectures to deliver optimal technical solutions.
  • Prepare detailed software development specifications and functional analyses.
  • Devise innovative solutions to complex problems and address potential challenges proactively.
  • Oversee the seamless transition of developed software features to operational teams.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating critical decisions and communication.
  • Contribute to department improvements by proposing ideas for long-term roadmap enhancements.
  • Provide on-site technical support at client locations as needed.


Key Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of WMS/WCS/WES systems and experience with software integration in these domains.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering or integration roles, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, NodeJS, and web development tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end software integration projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisive decisions and mentor team members.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
