Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday Integration Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, configuring, and managing integrations within the Workday platform. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the enhancement of our HR technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between Workday and other systems using Workday’s Integration Tools (e.g., Workday Studio, Core Connector, EIBs, and Workday Web Services).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HR, IT, and other departments to understand integration needs and ensure successful deployment.
- Develop custom Workday reports and dashboards as needed to support integration data.
- Test and troubleshoot integration solutions to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
- Monitor and maintain ongoing integrations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for integration-related problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday release updates and new features to incorporate improvements and best practices into integration solutions.
- Document integration processes, procedures, and architecture for team and knowledge base purposes.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
