Acara Solutions is seeking Maintenance/Equipment Technicians to join our client located in Tolleson, AZ on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity

$26.00-$32.00 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time

1st & 2nd shift (2nd shift comes with a shift differential)

6PM-6AM or 6AM 6PM

Pay: $26-$32 per hour DOE

Hours: 40/week

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan.
• Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize urgent tasks, and troubleshoot problems.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate repairs and upgrades.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components.
