The Tennessee Department of Health seeks a Contract Administrative Services Assistant for the Family Health and Wellness Division, supporting the Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer use is required. Training will be provided for state and program-specific databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist CLPPP nurses with follow-ups and referrals for elevated blood lead cases.
- Notify providers, document responses, and update the LeadTRK system.
- Manage purchase orders, vendor payments, travel requests, and contract renewals.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and program communications.
- Participate in administrative meetings and support budgets, contracts, and fiscal compliance.
