Our client in the finance space is hiring a Receptionist for their Spartanburg office. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor to converse with clients and visitors, have abilities to use the Microsoft Office program, and previous clerical experience.
This is a temp-to-hire position that is on-site position M-F, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and route phone calls appropriately
- Able to help process paperwork including tax returns
- File and organize paperwork
- Keep track of information on spreadsheets
Qualifications:
- Comfortable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Previous clerical experience
Compensation: $18-21/hour
