Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Assistant to support their team temporarily in New York! This role is 4x a week on-site, full-time hours and will last 3 months +.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to optimize sales for the Wholesale Team.
• Coordinate with external buying teams to share selling materials.
• Manage sales collateral, training materials, and business development tools.
• Act as the main point of contact between external partners and team.
• Assist with market support activities, event preparation, and product knowledge presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 1+ year wholesale/ showroom/ market experience, luxury brand experience a plus.
• Strong focus on building client relationships and customer service.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Proficient in computer systems including Excel, PowerPoint, and Skypad.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
