A company in Austin is looking to bring on an Office Manager to support their team! This is an onsite role in downtown Austin and salary is roughly $80-100k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar management and scheduling for Executive, with flexibility for last-minute changes.
- Preparing expense reports and arranging travel.
- Overseeing daily office operations, including supply management and organizing the workspace.
- Assisting with presentations and document preparation.
- Acting as a notary or willingness to obtain notary certification.
- Supporting special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of administrative or office management experience.
- Interest in or experience with real estate is preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- A friendly, social personality with common sense and a self-starter mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic or fluent Spanish is a plus but not required.
