Duties:
1. General administrative support in our insurance department
2. Updating vendor information in database
3. Processing vendor paperwork and documents
4. Sending quotes to insurance carriers
5. Filing, faxing, scanning, and emailing documents
6. Reviewing supplier websites for accuracy
7. Communicating with our carriers and vendors through email and phone
8. Support to other departments when needed
Qualifications :
1. 2+ years of experience of recent experience as an administrative professional
2. Upbeat personality and a team player
3. Professional communication skills both written and verbal
4. Strong computer skills
5. Microsoft Excel/Word experience
6. Fast and accurate data entry skills
7. Attention to detail and multi-tasking
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
9. Associate's degree in related field strongly preferred but not required
10, Minimum of HS diploma with experience
