• Managing IT infrastructure
• Monitoring system performance
• Working with developers to ensure timely and accurate software releases
• Improving communication between operational and developmental sides of software development
• Launching product updates
• Experience in Spring boot, Java, react JS, XSP framework
• Locating production errors and issues
• Building integrations to improve users' experience
• Coordinating teams that develop or use the company's software
