At Crockett Law Group , we specialize in pre-litigation cases and are seeking a motivated, newer attorney who shares our dedication to client advocacy and justice. This role is ideal for attorneys with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in personal injury law while leading their own team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload  of pre-litigation  personal injury cases with the support of your Case Manager and Case Assistant .
• Conduct legal research  and collaborate with staff and investigators to gather evidence.
• Communicate with clients , insurance companies, and medical providers throughout the claims process.
• Draft demand letters , mediation briefs, and legal documents, including Petitions for Minor's Compromise.
• Negotiate resolutions  for Third-Party and First-Party (UM/UIM) liability claims.
• Lead your team  to ensure efficient case management and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Provide guidance and mentorship  to your Case Manager and Case Assistant.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 0-2 years of personal injury law experience , ideally focused on pre-litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in California or awaiting bar results.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and mentor a team.
• Desire to grow and develop within personal injury law, with opportunities for advancement.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
