Duties:
Provide Technical oversight for the maintenance department.
Coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations.
Enforce Quality Control standards and procedures.
Mentor and develop team members, conducting performance evaluations.
Enforcing safety protocols and compliance with regulations
Managing inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance production processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Maintenance/Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in production/technical management, focusing on food manufacturing and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
