As a Business Development Manager… you will be responsible for pursuing leads in our database as well as discovering new prospects through traditional marketing and social media practices. While you will often collaborate with our client development team, you must also be able to work independently and cultivate opportunities through independent relationship building. Additional Responsibilities include:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media channels
- Build networks in order to grow prospect lists
- Proactively research to identify client possibilities and evaluate prospective client’s needs
- Set up meetings with prospective clients through value-add communication
- Work with Sales Director in regard to goal tracking, sale tracking, and prospect development
- Participate in social and industry events on behalf of our company
Money and Perks:
Earn a base salary up to $67,000 with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions.
