The Manager of Procurement is responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of the company's procurement policies.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop an effective and efficient procurement stagey to help drive cost-saving initiatives
- Oversee and manage the support staff
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Liaise with budget holders to analyze and plan for the annual budget
- Help institute best practices as it relates to contract management and strategic sourcing
- Monitor suppliers' performance in line with established KPIs, contractual obligations, and service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- 8+ years of procurement experience including extensive contract negotiation experience
- Experience navigating online souring software
- Strong leadership communications skills, confidence in communicating with seniors leaders
The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $175,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
