Required Skills & Experience

- 3-12 Years of experience in Structural Engineering

- Close to attaining or has already attained PE licensure

- Familiarity with building codes and standards for steel and concrete

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Strong background in Revit

- Experience designing multi-story buildings

- Experience with deep pile foundations and shallow bearing foundations

- Experience with hand calculations to verify computer output

- Experience with or exposure to Geotechnical engineering

Job Description

• Insight Global is seeking an engineer specialized in the structural space. The day-to-day work primarily consists of designing in Revit. Production specifically in design work is about 80-90% of the day-to-day. The engineer will work on about 1-3 projects at a time. There will be ample opportunity for both mentorship from a senior engineer and independent growth. The projects are all building-centric structural design, primarily within the steel and concrete space. Success in this role will be found by someone who is looking to apply themselves, think critically, and is growth-minded.
