Our company is a cutting-edge manufacturing startup bringing both Silicon and Thin Film Photovoltaic (PV) Solar manufacturing to Mesa, Arizona. As a vertically integrated solar PV cell manufacturer, we leverage conventional and advanced, environmentally friendly solar technologies to drive innovation in renewable energy.



We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Panel Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This role ensures that operations run safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. Success in this role requires strong organizational, planning, follow-up, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. The supervisor will evaluate manufacturing processes, resolve downtime issues, and ensure adequate inventory levels for materials and parts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
  • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
  • Inspect and evaluate production machines and systems to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Track maintenance work and document repair processes accurately.
  • Train, supervise, and manage the performance of maintenance staff.
  • Assist in budget preparation and manage maintenance-related expenses.
  • Order and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  • Recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills to address complex maintenance issues.
  • Safety Practices: Comprehensive understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
