**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

**Salary Range:** $90,000 - $100,000 annually

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and motivate a warehouse team to achieve operational goals and maintain high performance levels

* Foster a collaborative and productive work environment through effective team building

* Manage inventory, including receiving, storage, and distribution

* Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes and workflows

* Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operations

* Ensure accurate inventory tracking and order fulfillment to meet customer demands

* Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies to streamline operations

* Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives

* Adapt to changing circumstances, such as fluctuating demand or supply chain disruptions, to maintain operational resilience

**Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the mobile device management or telecommunications industry

* Strong leadership and team-building skills

* Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Meticulous attention to detail

* Proficiency in time management and resource optimization

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS - NetSuite preferred) and inventory tracking software

* Strong adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
