Job Purpose:

Seeking an experienced Inventory Planning & Replenishment Director to lead and optimize Inventory management, replenishment, and planning for a multi-site business model . This leader will help with procurement, store inventories, and redistribution of products. Ideal candidates will excel in project execution, team leadership, driving efficiency, and fostering collaboration.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee system generated forecast for Distribution Centers, Stores, and Hubs
• Oversees the Inventory Analyst, Business Analyst, and Inventory Specialist
• Communicates incoming product and product-related projects with DC teams
• Manages and oversees the replenishment strategy from the DC to the stores and hubs
• Works closely with the merchandising team to ensure their strategies are implemented and stay in place
• Ensure all product-related teams are following the schedule on the planning calendar
• Be aware of the companies' budget and forecast and ensure their team is doing their part to stay within budget
• Review sourcing and lost sales within the stores
• Work with the Supply Chain and Merchandising VPs when implementing store forecasts to ensure they follow budget and product strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum three years of experience in Inventory Management, Inventory Planning, and Inventory Replenishment for multi-location business models.
• At least three years of supply chain and team management experience
• Preferred experience in aftermarket product procurement
• Strong Microsoft Office skillset, especially in Excel
• Strong Analytical skill set and experience in budget forecasting
