We’re looking for Packaging Manager to join a leading medical device client! In this role, you’ll be supporting the Senior Manager of Packaging Engineering and working cross-functionally with other engineering teams across the business. This role will require you to be on-site at least 3 days a week,

What you’ll be doing:

• Incorporate Six Sigma techniques to enhance quality and reduce reject products.
• Ensure essential packaging development activities are completed prior to packaging design transfer activities.
• Provide supporting packaging documentation to Regulatory and Quality teams on a regular basis for FDA and ERC submissions.

What we want from you:

• 7+ years in the medical device space
• Background in Orthopedics, Spine, or surgical areas is a plus!
• People management skills as a manager or team lead is preferred
• Experience ISO 11607 & ISO 13485 and other packaging process a plus
