Description

The HRBP is a dual-role position responsible for both employee training and Visa & Immigration Case Management. This role involves designing training programs to enhance employee skills and managing visa and immigration processes to ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a good understanding of both training and immigration procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Support New Hire Orientation/ On Boarding training.
  • Support Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety and HR departments with designing training plans, organization, facilitation, and delivery of Supervisor, Team Leader, Technician and Operator training programs.
  • Supports HR specific technical learning solution creation (SOP’s, Process Workflows, Technical Learning Aids).
  • Conduct training program reviews, research, and assessment as requested.
  • Manage visa and immigration processes for employees, including H1-B, L-1, TN visas, Green Card sponsorships, and other relevant work permits.
  • Work closely with external immigration counsel to ensure compliance with all immigration laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the visa application and renewal process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of visa statuses, expiration dates, and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely visa renewals and compliance with company and legal requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with employees regarding immigration processes and policy updates.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations and update company processes accordingly.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing visa and immigration cases.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. visa types, immigration laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and e-learning platforms.
