What You’ll Do:

• Oversee full project ownership, from budget management to schedule coordination.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
• Manage project schedules, finances, and documentation with precision.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to a small team, ensuring alignment with company values.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–7 years of general contracting experience, with expertise in construction estimating, methods, and industry practices.
• Familiarity with tools like scheduling software, Textura, CMiC, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• LEED certification experience is a plus.
