Job Title: HVAC Superintendent

Currently engaged in an exciting high-rise multifamily project in downtown Nashville and have a robust backlog of work in the area for the next three years. With a continuous stream of bids and project wins, they're constantly expanding the team to meet the growing demand.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Superintendent to join the team. In this role, you will oversee the HVAC installation and maintenance for our high-rise multifamily project in downtown Nashville. You will ensure that all HVAC systems are installed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other trades and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent or similar role in high-rise and multifamily construction.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
