Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Development and Support Expert to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting healthcare interface systems, ensuring smooth communication across platforms, and addressing technical and operational challenges. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience with HL7 interfaces, EPIC Bridges, and third-party interface engines, as well as strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface Development and Management:
• Design, code, test, and troubleshoot HL7 interfaces.
• Collaborate with application and PMO teams to gather requirements and develop specifications for interface projects.
• Implement and bring interfaces live, ensuring they meet operational needs.
• System Support and Maintenance:
• Address production-related issues, including Interfaces (Bridges/Corepoint), SFTP, and Imprivata SSO.
• Perform downtime and upgrade tasks as necessary.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, and senior leadership to align interface solutions with organizational needs.
• Provide clear updates and support information to the Operations team post-implementation.
• On-Call Rotation:
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately once every six weeks, responding to and resolving interface-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Must-Haves:
• 6-8 years of experience with HL7 interface development.
• 5+ years of experience with EPIC Bridges.
• 6+ years of experience with third-party interface engines (e.g., Cloverleaf, Mirth, Corepoint).
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with diverse teams and leadership.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Corepoint experience (preferred).
• Experience with Imprivata SSO.
• SFTP experience, especially with MoveIT.
• EPIC Bridges certification.
