Working Hours: M-F 40 hours, 8 hours a day between hours of 6am – 6pm
Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or similar and 4+ years managing commercial construction projects of at least $1M+
- OR 10+ years of experience as a PM managing commercial construction projects of at least $1M
- Must be familiar with the following trades: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architecture, structural, fire protection.

Day-to-day :
The PM shall coordinate and oversee completion of activities in all phases of the project cycle of facilities-related construction projects, interior tenant improvement projects, and design projects. This role will pay from $95,000 - $160,000 depending on experience. The PM shall review project plans and specifications to determine practicability from a construction standpoint. The PM shall also advise professional staff on required design, specifications, and drawings for necessary building construction and/or renovation; advise professional staff on proper construction procedures for complex building construction procedures; attend pre-bid and pre-construction conferences to discuss principal construction features and requirements in terms of methods and equipment; and review and interpret contract specifications for all phases of building construction.
The PMs responsibilities are the following but not limited to:
-Manage project design and/or construction effort, preparing SOWs, market research, evaluate contractor performance.
- Observe and inspect construction at all stages for compliance plans and specifications.
- Monitor the A/E's review and approval procedures for the construction contractor shop drawings and sample submittals
- Communicate with customers, management, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Identify project documentation requirements or procedures to ensure all documents are prepared and completed in conjunction with project completion.
- Will be required to request development of cost estimates from cost estimators and oversee the estimates and/or assist when there is an overflow.
- Process any and all RFI submissions and ensuring responses are obtained and delivered in a timely manner.
