Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing commercial and multifamily construction projects, with a proven track record of managing projects over $15 million.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and logs.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial and multifamily construction.
  • Proven experience managing construction projects over $15 million.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
