Day Shift (Tuesday – Friday):

Tuesday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Location: 6601 Centennial Blvd, Nashville, TN 37243

Preferred Area: Davidson and surrounding counties

Summary:

A senior-level position managing traffic flow, monitoring roadways, detecting incidents, and responding to congestion.

Contract:

Duration: 60 days (extension based on performance)

1 employee needed for the above shift

Key Responsibilities:

Operate traffic management systems and monitor roadways

Train junior operators and act as shift lead if needed

Use SOG protocols for incident detection and documentation

Coordinate with law enforcement and regional centers

Dispatch Service Patrols

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years as TMC Technician II or similar; IMSA Level III & IMOT Certification preferred

Strong verbal and written communication

Experience with Microsoft Access and internet tools
