Role: Business Execution Consultant (Loan IQ)

Contract: 24 Months - with a possibility of conversion

Locations: Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Irving, TX, Minneapolis, MN, Chicago, IL

Hybrid: 3 days in a Week

• Collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross functional partners when developing and executing upon training plans.
• Create and execute upon training plans across multiple operational teams.
• Ability to travel in the US to conduct in person training, as requested.
• Extensive Loan IQ system experience, preferably with bilateral loans, and knowledge with ability to train to operational teams.
• Prior training experience with proven results. Basic operational knowledge of organizational processes and strategy to effectively deliver upon training approach.
• Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
