About the Role: EoS Fitness is looking for a Regional HR Manager in Texas! We're looking for someone with genuine customer service skills, a curiosity for interpretation of the law, a knack for communicating policies, programs and systems with enthusiasm while embracing our culture. This position will support our rapidly expanding footprint in Texas and work closely with the HR team to support the total Company. Reporting to our Field HR Director and partnering with the Texas Regional Management Team, this HR Manager will be responsible for supporting HR administration, employee relations and partnering with our team in the daily needs of the business. Responsibilities:
- Support high volume of administration in various HR systems.
- Projects and driving them to completion while multi-tasking; proven to efficiently and effectively complete daily tasks and long-term projects.
- Complex investigations include theft, harassment, and wage concerns.
- Benefits, benefits administration, going through Open Enrollment, ACA, and marketing benefits (with support of Brokers).
- Handling Workers Compensation Claims, including submitting claims, investigations and managing claims to closure.
- OSHA 300 filings and maintaining logs.
- Managing high-volume of hires and turnover.
- Revisions to Handbook and Policies according to new laws, with support of counsel, including rolling out policies.
- Communicate, coach, and embrace Company policies and procedures.
- Manage various aspects of recruiting efforts, training, and system implementations.
- Stay up to date on the ever-changing laws in the states we operate in (currently AZ, CA, UT, NV, FL, TX and soon GA).
- Support our leadership team through team movement, employee relations, and investigations.
- This is a hybrid role, based out of Greater Houston, will require in gym visits throughout Texas.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in People Operations/Human Resources, at a generalist or HRBP level.
- In-depth knowledge of TX regional labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience navigating high volumes of HR administration in various HRIS, ATS & LMS. ADP WFN experience is a plus!
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors, i.e. calm, professional, and empathetic to all levels of management, employees, customers, and vendors.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
- Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and recordkeeping skills.

Requirements:
- Must successfully pass Background Check.
- Must be able to sit for an extended period of time.
- Must be able to regularly report in person to gyms in Greater Houston & Dallas, TX.
Compensation: Pay Range: $85K-$90k DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Additional earnings: In addition to the base salary, the Regional HR Manager will be eligible for annual bonus opportunities of up to 5%.
