Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to design and implement data solutions on Azure Cloud. The role involves leading data migration and transformation projects, engaging with customers, driving business growth through proposals and POCs, and building internal data competency.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 8+ years in data architecture, with 3+ years on Azure Cloud.
• Domain experience required : Consumer Packaged Goods
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.), ETL, and data governance.
• Soft Skills : Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred : Azure certifications and experience in customer engagement or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures on Azure Cloud.
• Lead data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements, propose solutions, and lead technical discussions.
• Develop proposals and execute POCs to showcase solution feasibility and drive business growth.
• Build organizational data capabilities through mentoring, training, and establishing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize Azure data systems for performance and scalability.
• Stay updated on industry trends to deliver innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
