New Home Sales Associate (full-time) – Northern Colorado Front Range

American Legend Homes is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional with strong interpersonal skills to sell new homes in a master planned community located in the Northern Front Range in Firestone, Colorado.
Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:
- Realtor prospecting to include phone calls, emails, office and virtual meetings and other relationship-building/networking activities
- Customer prospecting through in-model and virtual meetings and tours, community and developer events, follow up calls, referral generation and homeowner relations
- Utilize CRM system to manage leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain customer contracts and files and schedule closings with title company and lender
- Foster cross functional relationships with construction team, sales management and other home office support staff to ensure the sales process runs smoothly and customer expectations are consistently exceeded
- Oversee all community-level sales and marketing information to ensure accuracy at all times
- Meet with sales management to ensure sales goals are being consistently met
- Monitor activity and submit appropriate sales, traffic and other various tracking reports
- Ensure that the sales office, model and all completed inventory homes are presented in a consistent and professional manner, including safety, appearance and cleanliness
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events and model functions to generate traffic
- Other duties as assigned or required
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Possess the highest level of integrity and honesty in all business dealings
- Must be able to effectively prioritize and successfully manage workflow
- Proven computer literacy to effectively utilize technology, programs and software
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Must be a detail-oriented team player with a positive attitude
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a residential new home sales
- Computer Software: Microsoft Office, sales tracking and other various software programs and applications
