About the Role - The Senior Account Executive is a mid to senior sales position who serves as the primary relationship owner for new client acquisition and accounts with responsibility for growth and retention. This is a hunter mindset role. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding; present content strategy. Work closely with clients to identify needs including forecasting and initial orders. Be a solution minded sales engineer through the selling process. Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, travel 65% of the time. Identify new opportunities, market to, sell to and close those that embrace our products. Ensure a deep understanding of clients’ individual experiences.
Responsibilities
Drive top line growth by adding new client to our portfolio of manufacturing clients
Physically travel the territory both physically and virtually. Keeping constant contact through several means.
Sell capacity in specific medical components and manufacturing process of Swiss machines, Turning Lathes and Milling.
Ability to quickly establish a good relationship at all levels of a customer organization
Be effective in outreach to new customer opportunities daily.
Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
Ability to resolve complex problems
Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
Identify new and emerging markets
Replace incumbent suppliers
Provide a consultative sales approach to clients
30%+ travel required (7 county radius)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 10 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota the MedTech space.
Experience independently closing individual accounts with revenue over $1M
Medical sales experience is preferred
Have existing relationships at current medical places of business and a working knowledge of most.
Ability and experience selling to all levels within the organization including C-Suite level
Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
Track record in closing large, complex deals in the Medical, Healthcare, Machining
Candidate will be strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge and skillset
Have well-established analytical and technical ability and experiences
Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans
Good executive presence, communication skills, and credibility
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
At least an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office products. Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Pay range and compensation package:
Compensation: Starting at $125,000 base, $200,000+ OTE-uncapped
Location: Hybrid/Minneapolis/St. Paul area (1 day a week in office)
