Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including air, ocean, and domestic freight services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and success.
• Manage branch P&L, ensuring financial targets and operational efficiencies are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure outstanding service delivery.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Conduct performance evaluations, staff training, and career development initiatives.
• Represent the branch in company leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in branch or operations management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and domestic freight services, as well as customs compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for team and client interaction.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
