Job description
We are looking for a creative kitchen manager/senior sous chef leader who specializes in and loves seafood! Must be organized, creative, understands ordering, labor, controls and systems. Proficient in administrative duties, such as: inventory, ordering, scheduling, and budgeting.Ideally has managed a staff of 10 or more for 3 + years.
The position is full time and salaried with a BONUS, benefits, and a 401K. We are an established restaurant excited about expanding our portfolio. We look forward to meeting qualified candidates!
