Hiring a kitchen manager for a casual Italian restaurant with a large catering and private events business.

Duties include:
-Maintaining quality standards of prep and dinner service
-Managing AM + PM team
-Placing daily + weekly orders
-Working with events team to ensure events and catering are properly exceuted
-Overall maintaining quality control 
-Maintaining food & labor cost

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year prior management experience, is an effective communicator, and possesses excellent organizational skills.  A strong knowledge of food safety & local health code, as well as strong knowledge of cuisine and cooking techniques are a must. Pizza experience is a bonus!
