What You’ll Do

• Own the new account process —from paperwork to follow-up—ensuring every detail is accurate and on time.
• Communicate directly with clients and advisors, keeping everyone informed and confident in the process.
• Work with financial institutions to troubleshoot issues and keep things running smoothly.
• Prepare reports, coordinate client reviews, and handle various operational tasks to support the team’s success.
• Be the trusted point of contact for client inquiries, providing clear, thoughtful, and timely responses.

The Details

• This is an in-office role in Plover, WI . Remote applications will not be considered.
