Role: Office Manager

Location: Long Island City

alary: $75K - $100K DOE


Are you a highly organized professional looking to bring your expertise to a dynamic construction company? We're seeking a motivated Office Manager to join our team in Long Island City !


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate projects.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist in HR functions, including onboarding and record-keeping.
  • Support management with reporting and budgeting tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of construction software is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
