About the Role - Responsible for generating routine assay data at the Silver Bell laboratory.

Responsibilities :

• Exhibit 100% dedication to safe work practices in the laboratory.
• Help ensure environmental compliance.
• Effectively multitask in a high-workload, fast-paced lab environment.
• Plan and control analytical work.
• Manage and report data.
• Complete sample analysis using various techniques.
• Organize, weigh, digest, dilute, and assay blast hole samples.
• Identify parts, material, supplies, and equipment required for continuous operation.
• Interface with samplers for sample preparation.
• Assist with analysis of blast hole samples.
• Provide technical support to staff and other departments.
• Handle laboratory cleanup and routine reagent preparation.
• Maintain required training in environmental and health/safety awareness.
• Ensure all safety requirements are met.
• Support and enforce the Company's Environmental, Health and Safety program.

Required Skills :

• Technical knowledge of mining, leaching, solvent extraction, and electrowinning processes.
• Competent in routine laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Experience with flame AA and ICP instrumentation.
• Experience with LECO sulfur analyzer.
• Familiarity with sample preparation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
