Job Summary:
The Project Development Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion. This role involves coordinating with various departments, vendors and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Negotiate construction contracts, manage consultants, feasibility studies and cashflow studies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years proven working experience in property development.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
