Schlesinger's Restaurant & Delicatessen, a full service deli and restaurant, is searching for a line cook who has experience working in a fast paced, 3 meal a day establishment, preferably with deli experience. Qualified candiates need to execute menu concepts, be reliable, effectively communicate with other team members, be self-motivated and have a flexible schedule (ie weekend availability). Candidate must be professional, responsible, have a love of food and desire to constantly improve and learn, maintain a safe and sanitary worksafe, be able to multitask, and e xtensive knowledge of culinary fundamentals (knife skills, butchery, sauces, all kitchen stations) is required.
