Senior Backend Engineer – Golang Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Golang , delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improve existing ones.
• Contribute to system architecture and development strategies, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Implement robust APIs and integrate third-party systems to create seamless user experiences.
• Drive engineering best practices such as code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of backend development experience , including expertise in Golang .
• Proficiency in working with modern backend tools and frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL).
• Experience designing and building APIs (REST, gRPC) and implementing microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including serverless computing and infrastructure as code.
• A team player who thrives in a startup environment, with a strong ability to solve complex problems and own projects end-to-end.
• Bonus : Experience working on payments or fintech-related projects.

$180,000 - $250,000 basic salary + benefits
